Please note we only offer a 30 day refund and returns policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send any installed products back to SES Home Services or the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any installed component not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. When the repair or installation is inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@seshomeservices.co.uk.
Exchanges (if applicable). We only replace supplied components if they are defective or damaged. If you believe that there are quality defects with the repair or installation that we carried out, please call us on 0208 722 7072 to discuss with our team and we will send an engineer to inspect the issue of gas boiler cover, incorporating an annual boiler service and system safety check – for total peace of mind. Explore our website and find the most appropriate level of cover for you.
You have the right to cancel any policy of insurance within 14 days of the date of issue or the date upon which the terms and conditions are received, whichever is the later, and you are entitled to the return of your premium provided you have made no claim under the policy.
If an Annual Service Inspection has taken place in this period, we reserve the right to make a charge for this service, before returning the balance of any premium paid. If you subsequently give notice in writing or by telephone to us to cancel this policy, such cancellation shall take effect on the date the notice is received or on the date specified in the notice, whichever is the later.
We reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount to cover the insurance risk premium and any other expenses incurred and return any balance to you within30 days of you informing us.
