We know that heating and plumbing problems in your home are important to you. We want to define what we mean when we talk about an emergency. This is anything that is causing damage to your property, any complete central heating or hot water breakdowns and any issues that mean you don’t have at least one working washing or bathing facility and toilet. If you are facing a home emergency then we will always aim to get an expert engineer to you as soon as possible on the same day.
Just so you know, even if your problem isn’t an emergency, we can still arrange for one of our expert engineers to visit your property at the earliest available appointment at a time that’s convenient for you.

This depends on if you hold a policy with us and the level of cover that you have taken out. To find out the full details of what is covered by your policy, click here.
If you don’t have a policy with us or the coverage level does not include a no call-out charge, then you will be charged £96 for the first hour our engineer is at your property. After this initial hour, any additional time will be calculated in 15 minutes increments.
If you don’t have a policy with us and are having a heating, plumbing, or drainage problem that needs fixing, then you can book a repair online by visiting www.clik2fix.co.uk
