Digitalising SES Home Services

As a local business, we’ve always prided ourselves on putting the customer first and providing great customer service, but we know how important it was to focus on keeping up with changes in technology.

We are extremely proud to launch Clik2Fix, our new online booking tool. After a year of taking the project from a concept, build, and testing to going live, this has been such a huge achievement for everyone at SES Home Services. Behind the scenes, there have been months of hard work and expertise from across the globe and we are excited to see new customers booking their boiler services, emergency heating, plumbing, drainage, and more online.

Over the last year, we have set out to digitalise our business with the objective of making our customers’ lives easier. From a brand-new website that we launched in July which enables customers to pay their invoices online, to our newest digital booking tool, Clik2Fix. We have been reaching new digital heights and enhancing our online user experience.

With companies such as Uber and AirBnB easily allowing customers to make bookings using their phones, simplistic technology is a consumer expectation nowadays and we wanted our customers to be able to book their jobs online too!

How many times have you been scrolling social media and seen a post asking for recommendations for a plumber or heating engineer because something has gone wrong at home? Well now you can simply share the link www.clik2fix.co.uk and we can help solve their problem in no time. Especially for those customers who are more vulnerable, this service is an invaluable lifeline.

In an ever-evolving digital world, it’s significant progress to know that our customers can now schedule an appointment on a day and time that suits them. In four simple clicks, a customer can tell us their problem and address, select a date and time and then book and pay for their job. In times when a home emergency occurs knowing you can click and book an engineer to come out the same day is amazing.

And, in the run-up to the colder months, it’s great to know that homeowners in Surrey, Croydon, Kent, Sussex and Kingston upon Thames, have the power to book an engineer at their fingertips with Clik2Fix, so if the heating stops working, we can get out to fix it that day.

So, what's next? We don’t want to give too much away just yet, but we can promise you there are lots of exciting advances coming to make our customers online experiences even better so keep your eyes peeled!
